The Hedone 2019 FW collection features dusty purple as its primary tone. For the Autumn/Winter collaboration with The Powerpuff Girls, the brand merged its signature palette with retro, winter-inspired hues to set the foundation for the series. Since the 1990s marked the birth of The Powerpuff Girls, the collection utilizes 8-bit video game aesthetics to capture that era. By integrating the characters' unique personalities and hobbies, the designs go beyond simple imagery; they flesh out the distinct personas of the three girls. Looking back today, elements like glitter, transparency, and shimmering textures are synonymous with childhood memories of the show. This collaboration captures the playful justice inherent to The Powerpuff Girls while adding a touch of modern, fashionable independence. It invites consumers to revisit their childhood while showcasing the multifaceted identity of the contemporary woman.
